CPDA: Contributing to the Health of Our Community
The Covid-19 virus isn’t going away anytime soon here in the Philippines. Cases keep fluctuating every month. This coursed the City Government of Davao to take action and place Davao City under MECQ with strict orders that F1 or "first-generation" contacts of confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases need to undergo an RT-PCR test and be quarantined for 14 days.
With the number of cases rising we need to be responsible for our actions and consider what we could do to help the community. Although we may not know each other, sharing is caring. To share a bit of our time, skills, and effort means creating ripples.
In the face of this crisis, a lot of healthcare facilities are struggling; not many Covid-19 patients can be catered, and practitioners grapple against time to keep everyone else safe.
As a Davao Architecture Company, our discipline might be far-off; if anything, many might think what could we do to help the front liners? The answer lies in creating ripples.
Through our knowledge and skills in designing safe spaces, we designed the Lanang Premiere Doctors Hospital Inc ready for any emergency surges.
Lanang Premiere Doctors Hospital Inc
Hospitals have a particular ambiance, which may be influenced by interior design for better or worse. But, before we get into the hows, what comes to mind when you think of one? If you're anything like us, the strong odors, confusing paths, scurrying staff workers, and dismal settings would overwhelm you. As one of the nest interior designers in Davao city we know that interior design has a strong correlation with the psychology behind spaces. These individuals may already be anxious, so the building’s design shouldn’t add more stress.
The aesthetic improvements of a surrounding have a significant impact on the person in the room, and in the case of healing spaces, it is a critical factor because it reduces stress and anxiety, is inherently healing, increases patient satisfaction, and promotes health and healing, all of which are major concerns.
Going to the hospital does feel like you are going to a welcoming hotel. Exterior designs are made open and engaging. It gives off a hopeful ambiance which is fundamental for anyone who’s dealing with any condition – mental or physical.
We fulfilled the objective of sustainable architecture for hospital design with low energy and low carbon emissions (greenhouse gas emissions). CO2 is a greenhouse gas that absorbs radiation and prevents heat from exiting our atmosphere, to cut a long tale short. This surplus heat causes weather patterns to be disturbed, world temperature averages to rise, and other climatic changes.
