As an architectural firm, we are often questioned about the advantages of a design-build tandem over the traditional methods of architectural design and interior fit-out services. It often boils down to a battle of hiring an interior design firm or not. Many would doubt this direction because the idea is that an architect can do interior fit-outs and the interior design is usually done by the owner.
